Taking airbrushing to another level

I can kind of understand it when close up pictures of celebrities are airbrushed to get rid of spots and blemishes, but surely it’s taken just too far when the person is question is made to look completly unreal and plastic?

It’s supposed to be a photograph, and yet she doesn’t even look like a human being. How are we supposed to believe things in the media when they’re manipulated to the highest level?
